Roll Bud
Remco took a preliminary design from FD Industries and completed the design including Solidworks 3D assembly and component models, engineering drawings, 3D-printed prototypes, initial production runs, and finally production sourcing.
Robot Toys
Remco took a series of design sketches from a popular comic book series and generated Solidworks 3D models, 3D printed prototypes, fully annotated engineering drawings, injection mold and die cast tooling, and finally production quantities of these mini remote controlled toys.
Turbine Tooling
Remco developed machining fixtures and tooling to support a production process improvement project with Solar Turbines. The tooling included EDM holding fixtures, 5-axis machine fixtures, and handling fixtures for Inconel turbine disks.
